your bedlinen?

My Mum came round today, and popped up to use the loo. While she was up there, she popped her head round my bedroom door (as usual, she always does this) and came down and said 'Ooh Eve, you are a lazy cow aren't you?'

I asked her what she meant and she had a go at me for not ironing my bedlinen. I have to say, this isn't high on my list of priorities.

So who irons their bed sets?

I don't iron anything.

I am slattern, hear me roar.

Do you think you look crumpled or not?

I'm a discerning shopper - I never buy anything that needs ironing (luckily I'm self employed and live in jeans and knitware) DH irons his own shirts.

I figure that if people are shallow enough to judge me on being slightly crumpled, it'll distract them from judging me on everything else I do that's not quite good enough.
