Cambridge college choice - tactical

Is there any point looking at admission statistics for Cambridge colleges to see where is more likely to get in?

Is it worth choosing colleges tactically or does the pooling system eliminate this need?

My idea is that for Economics Trinity and Kings would be very very popular choices.

Definitely not counting chickens! Bath is her second favourite so been looking at the accommodation (OMG expensive) etc.

There was discussion earlier on this thread about how you get to Girton College C if you don’t cycle. Here’s the new timetable for the U buses, starting on October 2nd.

There will be buses to and from Girton College to the West Hub (Sciences), Sidgwick site (Arts), City centre, the Rail Station and the Biomedical Campus, passing or close to several other colleges, approximately every half hour. The last U bus back to Girton leaves the city centre at about 22:45.
