yep, it's not the most erm sensible of routes (but as I keep telling myself it's no worse than doing 2 X Liverpool to Ely in one day).

Hope today isn't too grim Alice.

Why would you do 2x liverpool to Ely?

SAF - i said the same thing, but it does at least keep arguments down as the computer does the scoring and tells you if things are allowed or not

morning all,

Bitter enjoy the theatre.

The Dukan Diet book has arrived...and it's a tome! I shall read through and report back. I suspect it is a bit dodgy but just want to be sure (as apparently it works brilliantly)...

So I have an exciting morning ahead...food shopping, washing (clothes not me) blah blah....if only the sun would come out a little.

VinegarTits · 30/05/2010 09:57

Morning Helles

SAF - last night was the first time i had ever played (as an adult, properly) i used to 'help' when i was little. Funnily enough, DH and i probably had more of a conversation than we do most nights

What can i do today that is easy on me, fun for a toddler (who is slightly on edge) and doesn't require driving anywhere?

Alicetheinvisible · 30/05/2010 10:07

Sorry Vin, i xposted with you further up.

Good Morning Vinny

Aahhhh cheap wine. DH and i can't agree on this, but i think rough white is much easier to drink than rough red, mainly because you can have it ice cold. He thinks rough red goes down easier. Either way, it fucks you up

Vinny - do you want some attention?

VinegarTits · 30/05/2010 10:24

i dont know Alice, maybe subconsciously i do

yes cheap white, much easier to drink, you can also disguise the bad taste with ice and soda and call them spritzers, you cant do that with red

Alicetheinvisible · 30/05/2010 10:26

But then if the red is vile you can chuck it into a bolognese...... Not so easy at a party though

Please look at my thread

SAF - i like that DH is intelligent, we can debate things (mostly about horses tbh) and how in theory things could work but why they don't etc. I thought i would be a bit out of my depth with his friends (who are older than DH, who is 8yrs older than me) and all very well educated but a few of them have commented on my 'thinking' (i won't call it intelligence as it is usually just musings) I couldn't be with someone who i found mentally dull, have been there and it is boring
