morning all. yesterday was a bit upsetting - friend's fiance didn't get told till yesterday , poor girl, so understandably left some rather distraught messages on facebook. so I didn't feel up to shine-ing.

saf - oh that's much better then if it's exercise that's bringing it down so much, as exercise will keep you metabolic rate up anyway. sorry for coming over as dismissive over losing a stone - where I'm coming from - with me it used to be losing a stone - but over the years with stress, bad eating habits and attitudes toward food it has ended up as 5 stone - so I'm concerned about anyone who has only a stone to lose not getting too het up about it - so they don't end up on the classic diet/binge eating/yoyoing cycle.
