Yay for MyCat's DS - tis fab when they get independent. They look so cute when they start tottering.

Mmmm marsbars - I eat the chocolate first, then the moussey stuff, then the the caramel. Yum!

We are away from lunchtime tomorrow till Monday. I am not looking forward to the cooked breakfasts... (well I suppose I would be under normal circs). So will hopefully have fruit and then something like scrambled eggs. It is a spa hotel so hopefully will swim some calories off or maybe try and sweat them out in the sauna.

The last two days we have had to ring for ambulances . Yesterday - it was an asthma attack - the child did not have his inhaler with him... cue mass mass panic as there was a child that died last week in a school from an asthma attack. All was good in the end although he did have to go to hospital.

I have written myself a small list of housework jobs to do today that are not strenous and doesn't matter if they take me all day/don't get done. Just to feel a bit more human really, and i can rest inbetween them if i need to.

Also trying to eat less crap today as i have been stuffing myself silly for the last few days and feel like i have a food hangover. Drinking lemon barley water atm with my spatone and had shreddies for breakfast.

Just running through to say I have now lost 4 stone 1lb with a 2lb bootcamp loss this week . Have FINALLY cracked the 4 stone barrier so very happy (was only 0.25lb off it on 12 March ). Only 1+ more off and the scales might show 9 something
