I'd really like to go to bed, but I still need 4.5oz of milk and nothing was coming out a few minutes ago, so need to wait at least an hour and try again. And will have to get up before DS and express then too probably. Arrrggghhh. Wish I could get ahead on it, everything has gone wrong since he and I both got ill. Still can't hear anything out of my ear!

DIB, yes fenugreek, a friend of mine took it and reckoned it made her smell like maple syrup. Worth a go if I keep struggling. I think part of the problem might be the pseudoephedrine (decongestant) I've been taking recently. Was reading kellymom today and that was listed as a drug that can lower your supply. Probably the cause of the big nosebleed as well!
