Hi Larrysgal, I am here for chat and occassional reminders that I should be healthy, rather than weightloss. I can never remember how much everyone is aiming for anyway, but I think I'm not alone. Certainly some of us take it more seriously than others, Jet and Sazz and MyCat are the -50lbs club!

Waitrose are delivering some nice food later on, I'm making curry (from a sharwoods paste, not 100% for scratch).
