Poor thread title, I know....

I think this is our 39th thread and we are still going strong. Our leader Shiney is well what can I say.. just bloody fab.

We do like a lot of cock and cake chat with lots of healthy stuff thrown in too.

We welcome any one who wants to join our thread - just one rule, post post and post more!

Hello

Thanks for the support earlier, bella. Much better now, thanks

Even though I ate a whole pizza Dunno how many calories that is.

BelleDameSansMerci · 14/01/2010 18:08

Haven't been here before... I get more cake than cock though so may be rather dull!

FlamingoBingo · 14/01/2010 18:09

Welcome, BelleDame. Are you hoping to lose weight, or just live more healthily? Or just talk about cocks?

Alicetheinvisible · 14/01/2010 18:12

Ooh, shiney new thread

bellavita · 14/01/2010 18:17

Flamingo, sorry I posted and ran, but was at work. Never mind about the whole pizza, it made you feel better at the time and that is what matters.

OP posts:
bellavita · 14/01/2010 18:18

Oh and welcome BelleDame, just post lots and you will fit right in

Hello Belledame, more cake than cock here as well (and I haven't had cake for weeks).

You OK Flam?

MyCatIsABiggerBastardThanYours · 14/01/2010 18:30

Evening all.

We have a new loo and a very proud DH in the MyCat household. You'd think he'd built the house! Bless!

Hello and welcome Belledame.

Never done a spinning class myself. Took one look at the puce faced, sweating, chest heaving people doing it at the gym and thought I'd rather eat and drink my way to a heart attack. V impressed at anyone doing it well though.

YanknCock · 14/01/2010 18:44

I've had the same thoughts on spinning MyCat....

can we fill up the old thread by figuring out what I should do about my DS?

jetcatisfrozen · 14/01/2010 18:53

hi all, will check back for your DS yank....

FiveGoMadInDorset · 14/01/2010 18:54

Hello

Well done Mr Mycat.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 14/01/2010 18:56

Oh and have managed to get back on track with WW points.
Had tomatoes on wholemeal toast for breakfast.
Tracker bar
Soup and 2 ryvita with cream cheese, ham and tomatoes.
Supper is barnsley chops (still munching through the freezer) ratatouille and new potatoes.

bellavita · 14/01/2010 19:00

Oooh MyCat - new facilities!

Fanny, did you just slice fresh tomatoes and put them under the grill or were they tinned toms?

Evening all- have had a small brioche roll for breakfast, have a sausage roll for lunch (shh), no vitamins to speak of, and am going YET AGAIN to Ikea so will be having Swedish meatballs- yum. I only need a wall-lamp and a spare sofa cover while they are reduced in the sale, but I daresay I will be filling the yellow bag with all sorts of crap I never knew I needed. Or should I say Krappe, seeing as it's Ikea? Why do they make this sound so unappealing when they look so lovely? You see perfectly pretty duvet sets, and they they go and call them something like Grunt or Swette...

lambanana · 14/01/2010 19:14

Bet you come back with tealights and some high ball glasses.

No cock or cake for me boo - dh in london and shopping not getting delivered till tomorrow night.

dearprudence · 14/01/2010 19:22

(Just posted this on the old thread, but realise you've moved).

Hello BelleDame

Sorry your baby's not well Yank. I had a breast fed baby who was often constipated. The midwife used to recommend I gave him water, but obviously you should check advice for your own baby.

My mum would have said put a teaspoon of sugar in the bottle . "Yes mum, but he doesn't have a bottle".

Now, spinning. Right now, it's not so much the legs that hurt but the... er... bunty. Agony.

Five classes a week bella?!

How's the new room coming along BoF?

bellavita · 14/01/2010 19:30

Prudence - you need to get a gel seat, they are a godsend.

Do they have a cafe then BofF at Ikea (is that where you eat your meatballs) or it is just to buy to take out?

Lambana - are you a namechanger?

OP posts:
lambanana · 14/01/2010 19:35

Nope! But I only dip in now and again!

BitOfFun · 14/01/2010 19:37

They've got a cafe- it's not the Ritz, but DP will count it as taking me out for dinner

Room is looking good, well on the way now, and DD1 is in there now so I don't have to suffer her taste in crap telly, yay! Have just measured up for the perspex- I'm hoping we find a convenient picture frame there which will do the job, that would be easiest. Last two days of the sale, so am swooping for bargains...

bellavita · 14/01/2010 19:41

You go swoop girl

OP posts:
YanknCock · 14/01/2010 19:43

All now well with DS explanation on other thread.

Due to DS screaming all day I was too distracted to eat much.

Usual peanut butter and jam on toast for breakfast

Ham/half fat cheese sandwich for lunch

half-fat cheese/ham/mushroom/spinach omlette for dinner

Absolute shit as far as getting in my fruits and veggies, but ok on the WW points. (Can you tell we were trying to use up the ham before it went off?)

iggi999 · 14/01/2010 19:46

Bonjour. What a lovely clean new thread.

Lizzylou · 14/01/2010 19:48

Hams good, Yank
You can relax a bit now, it's awful when they are poorly and so little.

Me and DIB are off to Bella's if you fancy it, DIB could pick you up on the way. Bellas got a garage full of wine and she is having shitloads of carb laden goodies delivered soon. Me and Sazz only had a case last night, so lots left.

Anyone else?

bellavita · 14/01/2010 19:49

Hello Iggi how are you?

Lambana, sorry, I sounded really rude then - hello
