People of the world, join hands, join our TOTALly fabulous healthy eating thread.

We are a group of MNetters who wish we lost a pound for every post we have made on this thread since our benevolent leader started her SHINEY threads many, many months ago now.

I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

Before you think i am really dedicated, there was a rather riveting episode of Jeremy Kyle on at the gym where Gino had bedded 2,600 women . And apparently not getting any of them pregnant. Well, other than the girl who ordered a paternity test. Obviously. He then decided he would return to Portugal though as he didn;t love her and it was easier . Riveting stuff to run to and i had to find out the outcome

Bella - teacakes have fruit in & i would have gone for the bacon butty every day

SazZaVoom · 10/11/2009 11:50

Thanks for the sympathy Bella. NOT

bellavita · 10/11/2009 11:50

See, how sad am I? I would call over indulging and being naughty having one chocolate bar - this would make me feel guilty for days.

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 12:10

Well done on your running Sazz!

jetforkesandbonfires · 10/11/2009 12:34

Blimey Sazz, that is fab running. Well done you

Had another liquid meal (soup, not gin unfortunately) will venture onto something bit more solid this eve. Still got a swollen right side of my face, which is just lovely.

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 13:18

Mmm, yummy cake.

Poor lizzy - you might want to try very soft mash or mince-based foods this evening.

BecauseImWorthIt · 10/11/2009 13:49

Hello all!

well done on the yoghurt front!

Haven't been here very much as DH had a bit of a hissy fit about how much time I spend here as opposed to talking to him.

So I've spent the last two evenings having a long bath and reading instead!

Will catch up on the rest later ...

jetforkesandbonfires · 10/11/2009 15:15

Shiney - is it you who is getting the yoghurt tonight? We expect full reports mind on exactly how much, flavours etc

That will keep your mind off things

BecauseImWorthIt · 10/11/2009 15:36

I've just set up a FB account for our company, and I could do with a few 'fans' or wall posts, or such ...

Here's the link

TIA

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 15:52

I'm getting some tonight, but will be in work til probably 7ish again so might not have much chance to describe in food-porn style

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 15:57

Err, I don't know what to say...

BecauseImWorthIt · 10/11/2009 16:01

I fancy doing a blind taste-test - can you tell the fat levels?

Lizzylou · 10/11/2009 16:47
