Welcome to the latest in our series of healthy eating threads (26 and counting)!

The emphasis is on health (which is sometimes rude when we get chatting frivolously, as is our tendency), and weight loss where desired. I obviously don't desire it enough, as I am the same weight as when I started, but some of our regulars are mere shadows of their former selves ...

Do come and sign in here if you are with us, or want to join in- all welcome.

We try a variety of approaches, and there is always a lot of support and quite a few laughs along the way. Shiney is the head honcho round these parts, and we do get to be regaled with her embarrassing stories before the rest of MN, so that's always a big draw

Join us if you will!

Ooohhhh how much better the world looks after a few glasses of wine.

I am 90% certain SS would block any contact, they have told us they would never support her getting her children back, and from the sounds of today I think the lovely lady who came to see us agrees totally with us.

However, isn't it always that 10% that keeps you awake at night.

One good thing though is that it has put my Chrustmas/money worries into prespective

bellavita · 29/10/2009 21:09

Missed me

By god you lot can rabbit.

Jaq - how awful for you and dp

I had a latte and scone whilst out with my two mum friends, but I didn't have any tea before I went. Have just had some scrambled eggs on ww toast.

I bought a pair of boots, with a slight wedge. They are really nice, but not as stunning as the first ones I saw - but sadly, they weren't to be they didn't have my size in the shop, in any of their other shops or in the warehouse....

bellavita · 29/10/2009 21:10

Oh and Jaq - I will post those things tomorrow for you as I have to go to the post office to send a parcel back.

DEMlostandtired · 29/10/2009 21:16

Hells not offended and of my hding holes i prefer that one to be outed. Its just i have things that are needed to be kept away from here just cos of their nature. Its nothing personal to these lovely ladies but sometimes life needs the same experience to get the issues and be supportive in the correct manner. So that gets dealt with else where and here is for the rest of life, which i keep away from there. Nice neat boxes. everything has a place and in its place it should live...
right bed. have a good evening.

bellavita · 29/10/2009 21:31

Do I smell or summat?

bellavita · 29/10/2009 21:41

Where are you all hiding?

BiteOfFun · 29/10/2009 21:42

Yeah, if anyone sees me not being a complete twat on any other thread or section of the boards, can you not out me please? I like to maintain my carefully-honed rep on here, and any suggestion of sensibleness or intelligence will properly cock it up

Oops, can't keep me off the cock...

Evening ladies

Didn't see what you wrote Jac, but whatever it is, I hope it gets sorted soon and goes ok.

I am about to have a Halloween cupcake and giant cup of tea. Bella I am curious as to whether you will be making any spooktacular Halloween cakes?

jetcock · 29/10/2009 22:08

Lizzylou · 29/10/2009 22:11

PMSL Bof - if you knew him you would know how true that is lol!

Apparantly he is feeling rather overwhelmed by everyone's good wishes. He has always preferred to stay in the background - even when mum and dad were always in the press. He is such a good lad though, i prob dont tell him enough how much he means to me - i feel a tremendous xmas pressie coming on......

DEMlostandtired · 29/10/2009 22:27

BoF unfortuantely i am a bit apt to making a tit of myself. Here it is like falling face first into a pit of foam squares. the safety is always there and someone will always bail you out when making self said tit

By the way who was it that said my misdermeaner and choice of names to post under was very telling? you were right. the subconsious is a bit of a bastard. ex is more important then i had admited to self not necessarily a good thing. now the question is how do i deal with it? Not something that can be returned to but not something that can be ignored. will fb it if too cryptic but think ex now knows name here. not sure he can be assed to check but not taking risks and disclosing too much.

bellavita · 29/10/2009 22:27

DEMlostandtired · 29/10/2009 22:30

interesting x-post bella

jetcock · 29/10/2009 22:30

you sound like you have your hands full DEM I would pap myself if my ex figured out who i was on here!

i have a poorly thumb

DEMlostandtired · 29/10/2009 22:34

its not that i mind him knowing as most thing i post i will happily discuss with him. am very lcuky to be on such good terms. its just i thought that emotionally i was where i needed to be. unfortunatly i am not. so i need to deal with it.

but the question is can i do this without random wanton sex?
