we have an osteopath local that i could get up to vist, not sure she does home vists thou.
i can do most day except weds and i would have to avoid tue and thurs mornings when MIl vists, in fact tuesday or thursday early afternnon would be perfect it would give me something nice to look forward to.
i am off to have a soak and put on some volterol gel

onlyjoking9329 · 16/05/2008 11:10

i don't mind the body massage but i don't do feet, i hate feet, i was very brave and did steves toe nails the other day, i don't mind kids feet it is just adults feet i hate.

WanderingTrolley · 16/05/2008 11:12

The massage therapists at the hospice may do private visits on the side - God that sounded filthy!

What I mean is, in the same way that nursery nurses do babysitting, they may be up for some extra work.

hotcrossbunny · 16/05/2008 11:13

Morning OJ

Hope you're in the bath as I type? Really hope it helps.

I don't do feet either - childrens feet are yummy and lovely, but grown ups feet? Ugggh

Sorry I'm not close enough to be of any help, but we are all thinking of you (although, I guess you probably know that by now)

Hope you have an OK day xxx

OJ I couldn't do adult feet either. You know those people who have fetishes about them? Well I have the opposite. More like feet phobia.

Steve must be getting weak with the lack of food. How's he doing for fluids?

trulymadlydeeply · 16/05/2008 12:20

Thinking of you as always, OJ. Hope your back isn't too bad.

OJ - another random person on the other side of the computer who thinks of you and Steve often, but doesn't usually post. Thinking of you both.

I know it sounds a bit odd but have you tried those magnet wraps for your back?
Something like this?

Feel free to completely ignore - but I find them helpful and they can be used alongside any meds.

MrsJonnyDepp · 16/05/2008 13:10

Thinking of you OJ - I'm with you on the feet thing - dont like sandles (adults/ kids ok!)either - they just promote yucky feet!! Few people have nice feet!!!!!!!

Do hope Steve can eat today.
