OJ, I really hope funding come through for the hoist very soon. I hope SW gets a chances to use the stun gun tomorrow so that MIL gets her just deserts (sorry evil streak coming out in me). So glad that your mate treated you today. You deserve that and so much more. xxx

I haven't posted before either but am in awe of how you are handling everything. I am thinking of you tonight and wish I could take some of the pain away.

What can i say, you are all so lovely.
i haven't had much time to read up and i got a bit tearful when i tried.
I think the hoist will be sorted, i don't think the carers would be able to use a non NHS one probably some thing to do with insurance and health & saftey i would think.
the SW is coming in the morning and she will have some news on the hoist i expect.
Steves breathing has got much worse, he take four breaths then doesn't breathe for 16 seconds, i think this could be the begining of the end
i am going to go and lay with him now.
