Breastcancerpanic You can most definitely run or do any exercise pre treatment and generally during treatment, except immediately post surgery but they will advise on that. Exercise is very good for mental and physical health.
I had a lot of menopause systems for say 3 months after chemo and not allowed HRT but then symptoms stopped. Think it varies by person but I was told chemo effects can peak 3 months after stopping and combined with radio and Tamoxifen and going into forced menopause I had hot flushes, severe brain fog then but no hot flushes after then, brain has come back to normal, maybe 6 months for that and researching and going back over that period in my head with dates to clear fog helped. Some people do have lingering fog, sometimes it's part confidence. I am back to everyone relying on me to remind them of everything. Emotionally it can be more volatile which I think it menopause but stress of cancer etc. I think exercise helps a lot with that. Sleepless nights also common, I take antihistamines which was just me deciding not medical advice but seems to be what's in Nytol.
I now have a letter from hospital saying I don't have the condition my surgery was cancelled on the day for. I knew that and they said they recommend the hospital not checking for first time at 7pm before 7am surgery. 🙄About a £30k error for them, well maybe for me as am losing the will to carry on with this after 2.5 years and 2 cancellations, if not resolved. And they can't reschedule as the surgeons are all away for a month. Supposed to be starting a new job, timed perfectly with cancelled date.
