Looking for inspiration. Always curious about what people typically have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks? Do you work out? And would you say you're a healthy weight?

Breakfast - usually toast with something or cereal, sometimes eggs

Snacks - cereal bar or crisps or banana

Lunch - beans on toast, cheese on toast, roll, bagel etc with yoghurt or crisps and fruit.

Dinner - anything! Usually a yoghurt or sweet treat after

Cake

Today I've had:

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix and milk.
Snack: low cal bar
Lunch: crustless quiche (homemade) and salad, bag of Cheetos.
Tea: cajun chicken rice.
Snack: treat size choc buttons.

Tea/coffee/squash

I've been on a cal deficit for a few weeks.

Tanfastic · 06/02/2023 19:41

I'm overweight but not massive, size 14, want to be a size 12 😂

Dyslexicwonder · 06/02/2023 19:48

Today
Huge piece of toast with peanut butter
2 clementines
Leftover lemon and spinach rissotto
French onion soup
Lindor lint chocolate

TheFTrain · 06/02/2023 19:49

Today I've had chocolate overnight oats with raspberries and an oat milk cappuccino.

A big salad with humous, avocado, olives. 2 boiled eggs.

Another oat milk cappuccino, a big piece of Toblerone.

Teriyaki salmon with rice, broccoli, green beans and carrots.

Quite a lot of water but I've not kept count of how much.

I'm trying to cut bread out of my diet but normally I'd have a piece of toast with peanut butter and fruit in the morning and some crackers at lunch.

I've done a half hour dumbbell workout today.

Dyslexicwonder · 06/02/2023 19:50

Sorry BMI 21, do pilates every day and run 2-3 times a week.

TheFTrain · 06/02/2023 19:51

I'm a healthy weight, 5ft5 and 9st 7, smallish frame.

JackieDaws · 06/02/2023 19:53

No breakfast
Lunch - apple with plain cottage cheese.

Dinner - smoked haddock, broccoli, carrots, baby corn and peas.

No snacks.
Drinks - water, a Costa large skinny latte, and a litre of sugar free Fanta.

I eat this way every day and have done for 10 years.

Foggydog · 06/02/2023 19:53

Breakfast: peanut butter on wholemeal, apple juice
Lunch: Falafel and carrot sticks with humous, bag of multi-pack Hula Hoops (so about 4 HulaHoops in the feckin' packet) Bueno
Supper: Chicken courgetti thing from M&S with quite a lot of added parmesan by me, side salad.
Snacks: satsuma, couple of chocolate HobNobs
No tea of coffee, just water and a Diet Coke.

I walk about two hours a day total, to and from work (if it's not raining). Don't do the gym etc. Size 10-12, would have been a solid 10 a few years ago but age just makes it harder.

Porridge with berries or eggs, beans on toast, mushrooms. Sometimes smoked salmon. Weetabix and fruit.

Lunch is usually egg/ corned beef/ chicken salad with yoghurt and fruit. Soup or left overs from the night before.

Dinner is spaghetti Bolognese, cottage pie, chicken thighs in any number of ways, frittata, salmon fillets, fish pie, all with lots of veg or salad.

Hot chocolate with soya milk before bed.

Don't tend to snack but I'd have a banana if I was hungry.

Yesterday for dinner we had roasted chicken thighs with white miso and leek pasta and salad, was really good!
