mastectomy tomorrow hugs please

that's it really Its about a month since I found out I have breast cancer, have had core biopsy and blue dye sentinel node biopsy. Just had the results of second biopsy and it has spread to the lymph glands so they are coming out tomorrow as well.

Good luck, my friend had a mastectomy and reconstruction (all in one day) earlier this year and she coped well was up on her feet after 3 days and home after 7 days. A tip you may find useful, my friend took a small bag to carry her drips in and to help "hide" them when her DCs came in. Best of luck for the op.

thank you all for the lovely messages, am rushing around packing etc, but it is very quiet here as the kids are at their dad's because I have to be at the hospital for 8 am.
