Would anyone be interested in a chronic pain board?

Hi all,

I posted in Site Stuff but MN have recommended I post here. I've seen a couple of threads about this where MN have said they're "interested" in what's being said but nothing ever comes of it. Sometimes posts get lost here in general health and chronic pain / limited mobility doesn't come under "special needs". I thought it would be good if we had a specific board.

Would anyone be interested if MN set up a board specific to chronic pain (or similar if anyone has any alternative suggestions?

Only get one board if they see need and people using it. If only half of people who showed interested used we be there in no time.

What's happening with the board? I'm sorry I've been AWOL, DD has been incredibly unwell and I've been struggling. It's such a shit life for her and I cannot see any way it's going to improve. I was just 55 when she became ill. I had my 63rd birthday last Friday. I can see her still being like this when I'm 70.

I think loads of regulars being struggling. Which is going happen. @Sooverthemill you do an amazing job you should be proud. But it’s hard going watching someone as seriously ill as your daughter and coping with your body illness and aging.

I’ve been feeling flat that there is no escape from endless loop of how it is. But high days and holidays always feel like that. Even more so with summer and lock down ending. Will I be able to do more than I could over the last year? No not really. It’s worrying that things I have done o line could go back to real life.
