dont know your med history, cod, but i had this years ago. now i only have to go in a lift , travel by ferry/ air and it sets me off again for a few days. calms down again pretty quickly, though.

i always describe my symptoms as feeling like on a deck of a boat...very unpleasant.worse if i bend down. i had 1 1/2 terms off work with it.

HOWEVER there is some physio you can do which is fantastic, and worked wonders for me. It is all about helping the floating chrystals in your ear that cause the problem settle to the bottom of the inner ear.
