there are lots of party games on there - passing the ball through your legs and over your head. Throwing the ball side to side.

Look you can even combine it with ds sports practice.

(think spacecadet went to see someone in London about this - was it spacey? - some specialist in vestibular exercises)

Is quite strict on 'doing exercises persistently'. I think you should do it, fizz seemed to know what she's talking about. That bit about picking things up is a bit complex though.

Oh yes. Was good today. Did proper work, only came on and off once and then back on after office hours, as it were.
