Hi all, didn't do it yesterday (went to the cinema and ate ice cream instead
) but have just done level 2 again today. Feel as though it is getting easier and I am wanting to push myself a little harder on the cardio work, which I take to be a good sign. Might do a few more days of level 2 and then (gulp) try level 3!
As an aside, am not finding the previously mentioned pelvic floor problems to be such an issue any more, does that mean my core stability has improved?!
Scales still out of whack, so have no idea where I am w the weight. Am going to browse the other JM dvds now and ponder a purchase......! Ripped in 30.... just the name sounds off putting!
Had ANOTHER dream about a flat tummy last night, perhaps they are premonitions?!?!
Next fast day on Monday. Am feeling determined to turn things around a bit. Woohoo!
