Hi, AMumInWaiting.
Oh my dear, you've been through the mill, haven't you :(
I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through.
I wonder if you've developed a bit of a prolapse?
Or, there's a condition of the uterus called adenomyomatosis, where basically, due to trauma to the uterus, bits if the endometrium (the lining that's shed during menstruation each month) migrate to or sort of invade the myometrium, which is the actual muscle part of the uterus. My surgeon things I have it, and he thinks it explains why I have such bad menstrual symptoms, with a heavy dragging feeling, backache, pain in my perineum, a bruised feeling, etc. Maybe Google it, and see if any of the symptoms apply to you?
Could you ask your GP to refer you to a pelvic pain specialist? And also, have your repeated miscarriages been investigated at all?
I'm still on holiday so may not get back online for a few days but please do keep posting, and I'm sure the other regulars will be along for some advice and hand-holding. We're very good at hand-holding :)
