strange wobbly arms and legs...

Anyone know what this could be?

My legs started first and now my arms have joined in. Feel sort of feeble and shaky. Could it be some horrid virus? It feels a bit like the leaden limbs of glandular fever but with more shakiness and it is a big effort to walk upstairs or lift things.

Yes I have eaten ok

Have been out walking in park for a couple of hours, then did some exercise bike stuff later after which legs felt odd. Then went out with dh and dd and I was holding her quite a lot but i often do. After that the arms went

on and off yes I feel tired for last few days, went out on Friday with clients and it was all I could do to walk to tube, legs felt lead

Was fine in the park this am

LGJ how else did yours present? I had a sore throat and felt a bit rubbish yesterday but it had gone by this am

Started with a sore throat, which came and went quickly, then overwhelming tiredness that lasted for days. Despite spending all day Friday in bed, gettting up for 3 hours and then going back and and sleeping for another 14 hours I am still tired.

Got through all of that, thought I had it cracked, and now the sore throat is back.And I have lost my voice.

oh it sound similar then, I was amazed when I woke up this am and my sore throat had gone so fast.

Hope you feel better soon. I just hope it isn't some recurrance of Glandular fever which knocked me out for months a couple of years ago

did you also feel weepy and a bit hormonal? I have been very grumpy and short with dh and dd in the style of pmt but I don't have it

Haven't been on the booze much lately sadly

I had a sore throat yesterday and it has almost gone today

but have felt UNBELIEVABLY tired (not just pg tired) all day and keep falling asleep

also arms are shakey

yes I have been hideous, had a total go at dh for nothing and have been very tetchy
