strange wobbly arms and legs...

Anyone know what this could be?

My legs started first and now my arms have joined in. Feel sort of feeble and shaky. Could it be some horrid virus? It feels a bit like the leaden limbs of glandular fever but with more shakiness and it is a big effort to walk upstairs or lift things.

I got up and took dd to nursery, went back to bed at 10 and got up at 2. Am off to bed again now

That is why I said here we go again, heart condition and asthma are not a good mix. I was lying in bed last night, and it occurred to me, that I have not been truly well for any longer than a week in the last eight months.
