Terminations - how long?

I'm currently between 5-7 weeks pregnant and I have made the decision to terminate the pregnancy. I don't want this to get into a debate over that. It is the right choice for me and my family in the circumstances. Does anyone know how long the wait will be once I've been to see my gp?

Just read all the threads - bought mine back to me - at least its over now - hope your feeling ok today and not too much pain.

I feel guilty, almost, because I'm so glad I feel so much better now it's over. Last night was horrible. Truly truly horrible. But it was a finite period of time and now I feel able to move forward. Though clearly my hormones will take longer to readjust and I'm sure I'll have bad days.

I can get back to being a mum to my dd who has suffered the last few weeks while I've been waiting and been dreadfully ill with morning sickness.
