Can't wait Bitter. Plus it's here in the village so if there are any feeding tube accidents, I can pop home, sort it and go back. Smile

Have fun at the Sea Life Centre, it's fab, DS will LOVE it! Shame I can't get there to give him a squidge on his big day.

You'll have to give him one for me.

Night gorgeous, I'm off too.

Sleep well all xxxxx

Morning Loons. Smile

Happy Birthday MiniSaf Grin I'm glad he liked his pressies, I thought of him when I saw the shark. Smile

DD still illing, but it's the 'I want to doze on the sofa then go for a nap' type illing, which I can definitely cope with!

Right, I know this isn't the flylady thread but I need to list my to do's

Mop Kitchen
Clean and mop downstairs toilet
Shopping coming between 12 - 2
couple of loads of washing
1 load ironing.
walk dog
Repeat prescription.

Fake Kebabs for dinner - Yum! Can someone who is on FF check how many calories in an egg? I'm guessing about 85-100?

Mouseface · 09/03/2011 09:52

Monring, tis me, Mouse.

Bitter - a large chicken's egg contains 17 cals for the white of the egg, 59 in the yolk. Sounds like a good list Smile

SAF - Glad DS is eating his present Grin not sure which way you go out of the station, we drove.

Have a wonderful day with him xxx

Need to update the online shop and clean.

Mad dream central here again last night. Lots of past faces. Not all of them welcome.

More coffee!

SAF - did you get hold of Dubs?? Still nothing here.

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedChickHatcher · 09/03/2011 10:10

Mop Kitchen
Clean and mop downstairs toilet
Shopping coming between 12 - 2
couple of loads of washing - first one on
1 load ironing.
walk dog
Repeat prescription
Clean Hob
Wash up
Kitchen surfaces.

Crap, forgot my meds yesterday, better take them for today then put DD down for a nap.

Mouseface · 09/03/2011 11:35

You need to put them where you are often.... next to the tea or on a shelf near the cups?

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedChickHatcher · 09/03/2011 12:03

They are next to the teabags but Joe was home yesterday so made the tea before I went to work.

3 x ricecakes with wafer thin ham and xtra light cheese spread = less than 175 cals. Get in! Then I am having soup and ryvita for lunch = less than 120 cals.

Today I will be mostly cleaning and stuffing my face. Grin

Mouseface · 09/03/2011 12:05

Stuffing your face with dust Grin

2x wholemeal toast. Salad for lunch, fajitas for dinner.

2 coffee, 1 pint of water and a Diet Coke so far....

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedChickHatcher · 09/03/2011 12:07

2 pints of tea, one more about to be made.

It may be dust but it's tasty dust. Smile

I am trying to limit myself to 1200 cals a day, does that sound about right? I have forgotten, it's been so long since I have actually counting calories Blush

Mouseface · 09/03/2011 12:30

2000 per day for an adult is the recommended amount.

I try to do 1500 for the first few weeks and then drop down 100 per week at a time.

Otherwise I fail and binge.

I need to feel full so high fibre and protein are ideal. Smile

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedChickHatcher · 09/03/2011 13:52

1500 it is then opens chocolate hobnobs Wink

One of the school dads has just popped round with a film for me to borrow, so I am behind on my list.

Plus have updated Ds's reading record, found his book bag, cleared the top of the dresser, sorted the tiles in the toilet and we are all dressed and fed. Smile

Nearly done, I may have to keep listing this week, at least it keeps the thread ticking over Grin

Mouseface · 09/03/2011 15:00

Well, I'm going Tuesday. Shock

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedChickHatcher · 09/03/2011 15:32

Arf @ 'emergency'. Shall i book in now in case I break my leg in 2015? Grin

Mouseface · 09/03/2011 15:37

I think that would be wise Grin

It's only a consultation..... not the ctual tooth out. No doubt that will be sometime in December.
