Weight is mostly on my tummy, am an unhealthy apple shape. I count calories and fat grams, broadly speaking follow the healthy heart advice, as my cholesterol was too high, and bp is borderline high, so with my weight was putting me at thirty per cent risk of cardiovascular disease in next ten years, so a good incentive! Have not been ten stone for at least six years, not been eleven stone for over three years, so is a continuing challenge. I recommend subway for a fast food fix btw, they do a lot of lowish fat butties!

TC where are you from? It's just DH was looking over my shoulder when I was fb-ing you and he thought he recognised somewhere he used to live in Birkenhead where he was born?

UNO - Nemo is that cute all the time. It's my fave piccy of him. He's just so well natured. For all that he goes through, for all of his bad times, for all of his pain.....

Yay for sleep saf. I feel I could sleep all the time atm, it's a bugger when you can't drop off.

Hat is nearly dry. Need to paint it and finish it off while DS is at school. And make his cane. And start the laundry.

Nemo went straight to sleep at 9.30, in his cot until 5.30, then came in with me and slept til 9am.

Glad you got some sleep SAF. 1 to 1 reading sounds good. I wish I had time to go into the primary scholl here and read. I might do that once Nemo starts playgroup without me needing to be there.
