SAF - I can't take any kind of hormental contraception. It makes me flip. I had the injection and had to stop as it didn't suit me either. I didn't have a period for 18 months.

I had the coil, it was aweful too.

So we're on funbags.

Get yourself back to the docs sweets. You need to get some decent pain meds for this and talk to them about your symptoms. Warm bath? Hot water bottle on your tummy?

Mine wasn't contraception either, it was for pmt/pms and endometriosis.

But when I needed contraception, and we still do, that's our only choice.

And actually, I think I'm not far off the menopause to be honest. Either that or a hysterectomy beckons. I can't keep having this every month.

Yes, food would be good and will help the pain meds work. Mine aren't touching it at all. May have to go back to the GP at this rate, TMI .............. I'm losing clumps again and fresh bright red blood.

Up at 6.30 am FFS!

Washing done, kettle on again, bacon grilling, wolf fed, cat fed, Nemo fed, DD fed.

Beds made, showered and dressed. Carp night of weirdy dreams too but I'm guessing that was a direct result of DD talking about the ghost she used to talk to at the hostel.

She said she thought she was real and was really surprised that she wasn't.

It never bothered either of us tbh. And we had a huge heart to heart about my violent X, how sorry I was for subjecting her to his behaviour towards me etc...

We hugged for hours then put Family Guy on for a good giggle before bed.

I really like the person that she is turning out to be. After all she's been through, she's a very level and balanced young lady.
