Been to playgroup again, Nemo loved it.

Off to physio and hydro next then out to the castle and park for some much needed fresh air.

Hope that those with wailing and head pecking childers find peace at some point.

My back has been taped up again by my physio. He says I'm doing too much again and need to slow down.

I've just been out again. Nemo was kicking off due to refusing sleep earlier so DH and I took the wolf and the fish out for 10 mins, turned into 25 as we bumped into the entire village and DD with her mates.

My wolf is such a tart! All doe eyes and paws and licks. Pha. Men.

On a serious note, I promise I'll slow down. Not planning anything tomorrow except making the most of a quiet day and of course FFF

Homemade pizza for dinner. Off to make toasties for DD.

I hate fruit SAF, anything but starwberries in champagne.
