We've been to playgroup on 4 hours sleep. Nemo had the screaming abdabs until Midnight, just wouldn't settle. Then was awake at 4 on and off til 8.

Hydro at 1.15 and then Nemo's Nurse is coming.

I'm back! I survived hydro and have been told to try and have a referral for my knee next time I go as it's getting more painful.

Got to finish the kitchen then I promised DS we would make flapjacks before I start dinner and take the dog out again.

Actually we were meant to make them yesterday but ran out of time.

I've done my shop, DH did the floors when I was at hydro, just walked the wolf. Oh, and he very kindly ripped appart a fresh loaf, left on the side.

Fecking mut!

Flapjacks - amounts are a bit of a guess

125g butter
100g brown sugar
2 or 3 big spoons of golden syrup
Large handful of raisins
250g rolled oats

melt butter sugar and syrup together until it looks and smells like caramel

Bung in oats and raisins ant stir until covered

spread mixture into a baking tin (about 2/3 cm layer
)

half an hour is in the oven at a low heat - I use gas 4

Cut into squares and leave to cool in the tin before scoffing.

DH forgot to take them out of the oven while I nipped to Tesco. Cue burnt flapjacks and DS having a massive breakdown.

Off to Pog on spag bol and garlic bread and extra cheese - WHETE!

Oh no! Poor DS Bitter Enjoy your spag bol. Fajitas here as DH is out interviewing.

Right, after a million failed attempts to get Dig to heel for treats, I picked up a stick while we were on our walk - instant transformation.

All of a sudden I am exciting and interesting, he wanted the stick more than he wanted to greet other people, more than he wanted to run towards other dogs.

I knew he wasn't food orientated. Do you think I could take a tennis ball to Puppy class instead of a million bits of salami/cheese/chicken? Or as well as?
