I'm Bitter, and with the help of the lovely ladies on this thread I have gained half a stone since christmas.

We are all doing it in our own way, some are stuffing chocolate, some are gorging on carbs, I have chosen to quit smoking and combine my newly discovered taste buds with no exercise whatsoever.

So if you would like to spend your days chatting about things you have eaten, things you are going to eat or hell, just things you would like to eat, pull up a bariatric chair and tuck in.

No timewasters.

I'd never have one again, my two were a nightmare in terms of the house always being filthy/wrecked needing constant brushing, exercise etc. Wouldnt be fair on a dog anyway as we both work pretty much full time.

morning. weighed in yesterday at 12 stone 6, so touch wood that's 4 pounds of the Xmas weight gain shifted. think I may be pushing it to get to 12 stone by my birthday. have been very good with food and exercise all last week, have to keep on going. wonder how desire is getting on?
