Well, no more chocolate, cheese, cake or crack pies for this Mouse. Sad

Time to shift the wobbly bits, firm up your tits Grin body and get healthier as you do.

We're using lots of different methods between us all - Wii Fit, FoodFocus, changing our diet, exercising more, quiting smoking and booze.....

Why not join us? Smile

Immediate goal so is to lose 4½lbs so that I can celebrate being under 12stone, just have to think of a treat to celebrate as SAF suggested Hmm

Mouseface · 21/01/2011 11:07

I like a food treat.

My friend has just sent me my birthday present (yes a week late Grin)

It's Isle Of Man cheddars and a nice bottle of red wine. She knows me so well! Grin

Actually, another lovely friend of mine sent me a fab gift set with mini vintage ports in....

Hmm Grin

Cheese is uber high in fat and cals though so they will be my treats for the next few weeks.

Are you a lover of cake? Chocolate? Cheese?

Bloody hell it's quiet on here.

Celebrated FFF by going for a pub lunch. Done a week's shopping, bought a new jumper. Need to do laundry.

DD is passed out on the sofa bless her Smile

Mouseface · 21/01/2011 14:26

I've been on my own here for hours.

desiretochange · 21/01/2011 15:08

Is it ok SAF if, just for this week, I have FFT (Thursday) because I feel yesterday was a bad day for me with overdosing on carbohydrates and not as much swinging of the legs as I would have liked Hmm
Have never had my eyebrows trimmed (is that what you even call it) so maybe that could be my treat.

BrianAndHisBalls · 21/01/2011 15:28

fuck me, what a day!

Mole was up last night because dp went out, so was lying on sofa with her till 11.30pm, joy. Then this morning dd1 was all whiney because she wanted to stay home from school.

DP had booked the day off so we could spend some time together for a change. So we did the living room this morning till 11, had just sat down started watching a film and my mum phones saying my dads been rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack Shock

So dropped everything and legged it to hospital. Just got back. They dont know whats happened yet, keeping him in for observation but he seems fine, was stuffing himself with hospital food Grin.

Yesterday we were visiting my gran because she's home from hospital and she was all suicidal, nice again Hmm My mum and dad were at hospital yesterday because he was having an operation to check for bowel cancer.

Can i go to bed now?! Grin

Mouseface · 21/01/2011 16:01

Oh Brian. Are you okay lovely? xx

desire - yes, it's any day you want it to be for you. I change my day every day. Wink

desiretochange · 21/01/2011 16:06

Oh Brian, what a day you have had! If it was me I would get into bed and just pull the duvet covers over me and not stick my head out till the morning :)

BrianAndHisBalls · 21/01/2011 16:24

wish i could desire! Grin dc will be back in a minute.

when the phone went this morning i assumed it would be my gran in hospital not my dad. He had a triple bypass 15 years ago, then stents 4 years ago. Is difficult because dp's dad had stents 4 years ago too and died 2 days later Sad brought it all back for him.

mouse - have a new weird theory on the mole. She has been sleeping the days she goes to my parents/nursery. I think maybe the days she's here she just doesnt get tired out enough. The house is victorian so not much room for her to crawl safely, whereas at my parents and nursery its much more open plan. Something to think about.

Sorry about all the crap on here yesterday, i saw a thread you were on, that doc something made me want to vomit, sorry you had to read that crap. Angry

Mouseface · 21/01/2011 16:35

Brian - sounds about right. DD was like that. She needed to be tired out to sleep. She was 2.5 before she slept through the night which coinsided with her starting nursery full time.

And yes, docfunk what an utter twat he/she was. Really got me rattled. Blush
