Chilli prawns, chicken in garlic and ginger with basmati rice for dinner, Gu melt in the middle chocolate pudding and cream for afters.

And maybe some sex if I can stay awake long enough.

i find sucking on those fab swizzels double lollies helped when giving up smoking, gives you something to do with your hand and not that many calories!

bought shed loads of clothes for work yesterday so got to try them on later and be disappointed when they dont fit, gah.

mole is a nightmare mouse, up again last night, started about 8 went on till 9.30 then again at midnight then again at 2.30am. Its definitely wind. Will just bear it till consultant appt.
