tbh desire, i know what i have to do! , ie, eat less and move more, the trouble is that since i gave up the booze i have developed an incredibly sweet tooth! , bugger! another addiction to conquer!

Hello, most defo not been having a life, been welded to sofa all day to try and shift lurgy. Food going ok but overusing diet ready meals due to laziness.

What are they like the ready meals? What's the salt content like? I read something once saying ready meals were loaded but I guess if they are healthy eating, they're not so bad?
