So saf you have invented a salmon kedgeree, go for it. V true about the carbs trills, pasta takes up so many cals tomato sauce and grilled stuff is all u can have on it. I do moderate carbs, i go for heart healthy type diets

I'm not a fishy fan to be fair, I like 'meaty' fish. Tuna steaks, cod, monk fish, seabass etc.

Prawns are great to actually. But that's about it.

TC/SAF - Carb cutting always works for me. I did Atkins before getting married and got down from 12.7 stone (after losing the triplets) to 9.4 stone in 6 months.
