Am moving in today. The weather and my pain levels recently have put things on hold. Am a bit anxious.

Sorry been absent for a while and lost the thread! Ok here DS still nipple feeding on one side and refusing the other so quite sore! Still in pj and dressing gown today must go and get dressed!!

Hi Ladies, just came accross this thread and hoped to join you.
I've got 3 children aged 6,4 and 2 and I am a single mum. I've had ME for about 13 years although only recently been diagnosed. Up until now doctors have passed it off as depression and only since the diagnosis have I been able to come off the anti depressants and feel good. well mood wise at least!! its so much easier to deal with when you know whats going on.

just curious if you culd tell me what extra vitamins etc you all take? I've googled it but end up getting confused I take Berrocca and iron daily and occasionally take calcium+vitd, but this one seems to make me feel anxious for some reason . I also have complan several times a week. Is there anything specific you'd reccomend?
