had a sofa nap. i had one day of feeling like i had a bit of a cold, then a day of feeling like i had full on flu with sweats and everything and slits for eyes, yesterday a sore throat and today i just feel very tired. i'm guessing that's not ebola flu brian?

house is toastie warm, ds is eating fresh pasta, toms and olives (easy) i'm thinking i've probably eaten enough today.

DH and DC are on their way back so Dc can have scrambled egg then bed. We may end up with another takeaway. I would WHETE but it's FFF so it doesn't count.

yes, sounds like the course of my plague cold bitter.

my friend is tempting me with wonderful thought of a weekend away just the two of us, she has childcare and time off as she's meant to be going to works christmas do (overseas) but isn't. we could go to stockholm, or prague, or madrid or anywhere really for a child free long weekend.

think it will be just when my parents get back though so not wanting to get hopes up because i'm unlikely to have childcare.

would be so lovely though, we met pregnant and both single so have never had the opportunity to do something like that up to now but the boys are big enough and i'd love to.
