welcome home double. pj's on?

bitter i tried that it lasts for the whole of the disc so i'd miss part of 2 and whole of 3. i'm using my portugese ancestors skills now to get round the problem.

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 18/10/2010 00:03

So, go to the next disc?

I have my dressing gown on, and am knackered. How was Brian? I don't want to go to work. Sad

i'm knackered too.

and i wouldn't want to go to work either Sad

brian was extraordinarily cuddly and purring louder than the lawnmower that going outside. he's been pretty much attached to me since i came in.

WallowsInFlies · 18/10/2010 01:52

i'm still awake - and have just looked at the clock!

TheMittzressOfMystery · 18/10/2010 06:50

Hello Smile

So glad you had a fab weekend and would dearly love to come to the next one xx

I haven't slept. As I went to bed DS called me, he switched his light on, there were sparks and crackling and the bulb flew out of the socket and all the light circuit went off. Lamps worked so on looking, the light fitting had melted completely Shock. DD cried frightened the house was going to go up in flames so came up to me and boy does she kick.

The house phone is on the blink.

My washing machine packed up, although I think my neighbour might have fixed it.

Brum would have been a far better option.

Doesn't fate realise I'm a delicate flower?

Sorry LO's puked but also glad that others might realise it's a tough call dealing with it IYSWIM.

Morning l;ovelies.

Mittz - So sorry that you had such a rubbish weekend. I hate electrical bangs and fizzing! I'm with your DD on that one.

Double - Have a nice day at school, share with the others please and use your inside voice.

Bitter - sorry you don't want to go to work. I don't think I could ever go back to working for someone again........ unless it was Cadbury's! Grin

WIF - Glad Brian was ok and pleased to see you.

MrM seems fully recovered after finally getting back from The Great Train Disaster!!!

Brian - How's Mole?

Morning desire and everyone else Smile

TheMittzressOfMystery · 18/10/2010 10:21

Oh, I am OK really, just one of those times when lots of minorish things goes T's up and Ex got angry with me over something that just wasn't worth the bother. I handle anger badly so got in a state.

Machine is sorted and neighbour/landlord has checked the lighting and all is OK.

Will sort mobile out this afternoon, and house phone Confused is having an identity crisis and thinks it is a mobile phone. It keeps telling me it hasn't got any credit and needs topping up. 'you are a LANDLINE you don't get topped up!!'

Oh and I am a bit poorly so that explains my lack of coping stuff.

I have tugged my nipple ring which has woken me up though..nobody is obliged to kiss it better Grin

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 18/10/2010 10:39

Grin at tugging of the nipple ring!!

Do you want to here a funny story? It's only funny because it was all ok in the end.

MrM put my bag on the train on Saturday as I had a crutch with me. He had Nemo with him too. As he went to get off, the doors shut and locked Shock and off went the train!!

He had no ticket, I had no cash, no coat for Nemo or himself, no feed, no nappies, nothing in case Nemo was sick......

You can imagine how happy he was! The guard let him off re the ticket and said that he'd have to go to the next stop, half an hour away and then wait an hour for a train back.

Queue a bit of shouting and lots of people on the train saying that the gaurd was being unreasonable and howunfair it was when they could have easily stopped the train and reversed! Grin I may post this in AIBU later!

So, we got to the station and he got off, waited an hour for the next train and finally got home an hour after I got to Brum!

Not a great start to the day. He didn't have to pay though but Nemo was destraught by the time he got home.

And that was all after we'd tried to pick my wedding rings up only to find he'd left my cash card in his wallet at home so I couldn't have them!! We had to rush back to get my card, then get to the station with only 4 minutes to spare.

What a palaver! Grin

TheMittzressOfMystery · 18/10/2010 10:59

Oh SO not funny at the time though eh Mouse...Grin

desiretochange · 18/10/2010 11:10

No doubt it didn't feel funny at the time Mouse :)

WallowsInFlies · 18/10/2010 12:10

hey Smile

i ended up up pretty much all night strangely, luckily had plenty of dexter to watch. think tiredness might be a bit like the hunger thing where there's a window and if you go past it you can't sleep.

all good though got a few hours and have the afternoon to go slow and steady before picking ds up from nursery.

sorry about the house disasters mittz!

double - stop picking fights with inanimate objects, the outcome is never good.

WallowsInFlies · 18/10/2010 12:10

wondering if the salad dodger made it to work or is still asleep?

BrianAndHisBalls · 18/10/2010 12:24

Mole is full of snot but suprisingly happy.

I am looking round in despair at all the crap and mess and don't know where to start. Massive load for ebay but the thought of photographing it at all makes me want to scream.

Saw friend's new puppy yesterday - too cute.

Parents are ok but they had to go down to brothers yesterday to have the dc till wed as sil at funeral and b working. I tried sooo hard to get them to take mole but no doing Grin

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 18/10/2010 12:25

I was a bit wired last night WIF and I have that weird 'in a lift' feeling again. Not nice.

desire - nope, not funny at all cos Nemo got all worked up. It was really hard to leave them in a muddle IYSWIM, I wanted to get off the train and help.

TheMittzressOfMystery · 18/10/2010 12:25

Smile hey wallows x

desiretochange · 18/10/2010 12:28

Can totally understand that Mouse
Well finally have my first counselling session today, terrified:(

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 18/10/2010 12:42

What time desire? And when you say we, you and DH?

Are you ok or are you nervous, worried scared?

TheMittzressOfMystery · 18/10/2010 12:58

I am sorry you are terrified Desire, and really hope the first session alleviates the fears as it can be a very enlightening and healing process. Thinking of you xx

WallowsInFlies · 18/10/2010 13:18

we have a word for it now mouse 'listing' (i think). very glad you didn't get off the train on a selfish note x

hey mittz Smile

try to be as real as you can desire iykwim. it's so easy to mask up and then the opportunity is gone - you know? i mask without even knowing i'm doing it. all just my opinion and feelings but if you don't talk about what it really is then you have no chance of dealing with what it really is and it just becomes a dance and another performance relationship. not sure that makes any sense but my two penneth x be brave and good luck

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 18/10/2010 14:04

I'm still listing WIF. It's weird. Very weird.

Brian - Hypotonic, it's to do with her development. So motors skills development etc.... but mainly her physical/muscular development.

Crawling, walking moving around. Muscle tone etc. will be low. Have they said about appointing her a children's physio then? The physio can come to your house and teach you how you can help her too. She needs one to strengthen her core stability.

Look it up on the internet too, see what that says but I think I'm right! Grin

I can't eat. WIF - did you lose your appetite when you upped your meds?

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 18/10/2010 14:17

OMG - the guy in the army on JK that has just failed the lie detector if freaking me out. He looks so controlling. He is glaring at her, his eyes are burning into her.

Evil fucker. That poor girl.

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 18/10/2010 14:17

'is' not if.
