Hello, I'm Bitter and I have lost around two stone, have another 4 or 5 pounds to go.

Come for the healthy eating, stay for the chat. We do more of the latter than the former!

I have a clear space in my 'studio' .
All my craft stuff is in one place.

However I feel sick, head-achey and very tired. And my stomach is still upset. My brain wants to create something but my body wants to curl hedgehog like somewhere warm.

Have you done the salt water thungy Mouse? Has it helped?

I think the danger is mouse that if you do have an infection the gums are one of the most direct routes to the bloodstream.

Don't ignore, and if you start to get a temperature call the docs!
