oh i hate my new hair Sad

well i dont hate it hate it but my hair was my one 'true beauty' if you see what i mean. no matter how thin, pretty or anything anyone else was they never had hair as beautiful as mine. It was so long and thick and lovely.

i feel middle aged with my new cut. and i cant get it to go like the hairdresser did it (when i quite liked it)

and because its so short if i just wash it it goes mad curly. a bit like molly ringwald in breakfast club.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 23/09/2010 20:49

Brian. Sad

How long has it been since you got it cut? I used to hate every haircut for a couple of weeks until I finally learned how to use straighteners.

mittz · 23/09/2010 20:54

Hi.

FB is not back for me!!

Brian - I have naturally curly hair so when it gets 'in between' long and short, I look like Molly too!

One reason it's uber short.

Nemo is flagging!! The only downside being that recorded CBeebies is now on playback....

Oh well, I'll just have to chat here til he crashes out!!

SAF - boring as feck. It seems so samey. No real juciy convos.

Double, that's a fab idea. Smile

I always pay attention to how they ae styling my hair when it's cut- Mine is really thick too, brian, it's a nightmare to style.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 23/09/2010 21:01

Night Mittz and Saf. I'm off to watch Karl Pilkington.

BrianAndHisBalls · 23/09/2010 21:03

Thank you for suggestions, think i need to buy some straightners for short hair, mine are too thick for my shorter cut.

Ignore Ignore IGNORE mouse.

Keep on with the going in at intervals, but if he is clean, dry, fed and safe, just let him get on with it.

Mouseface · 23/09/2010 21:48

I've done one visit so far, we're on round 2 now.

He's flagging.

I went in and shouted 'lie down' after 10 mins of him throwing toys at me.

Then I lay him down and said shush, ssshhhh.

Then I lay him down and said not one word.

Result.

It's oh so queit, it's oh so still........

Please all of you, cross everything that he sleeps until 6am. I can cope with early, just not all through the night.
