Hello.

I'm Mouse and I've managed to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks!!

This is a thread for those who want to shed some pounds, keep 'em off and spend their time MNing talking about nowt exciting how to eat more healthy foods.

Bitter - glad you asked what thing, saves me looking nosy!!

TC - that sounds gorgeous!!!

I started it when things went bad TC.. find just a few minutes to knit or crochet squares however bad I am feeling.. (hard to describe how bad my depression has been but basic functioning sometimes has been a challenge), it might just be that I manage one row, but bit by bit, the completed squares are then put together to create something beautiful out of being in a bad place.

I have decided to take a week off without the kids. And have a chunk of time with them at Christmas. Some of the things on the list are important to getting into a better place and the last 3-4 years have been so so bad at times, I need a week (would love a year out but that's a no-no) to get some stuff in order.

Mouse... to be frank, I love sex. My drive has always been quite healthy and quite frankly, and bluntly, if I shagged constantly for the next month, it would only come close to compensating for the drought I have endured.

I am sure it is a major cause for my depression

I am not pjd, they are in the dryer. I am full to bursting though with fajitas, minus the trimmings.

I am keeping Nemo up until he drops! Then an extra feed asleep and then up to play once he wakes.
