I had a salad.. a luxury from Co-op because it is pre prepared and costs £1.50 for a large portion which will do two meals. Had a little sprinkling of grated cheese and a low fat chocolate Moussey thing.

Yeah.... toasted oat based so wheat free and usually packed with fruits, seeds and the like.. I like it with chopped fruit and no milk..
