I'm Mouse, I eat far too much cheese food and need to lose more than I did last week, all thanks to a long weekend away!

So, if you are looking to lose weight, keep off what you've already lost or just want to talk about general bollocks healthy eating etc, this is the thread for you!

Don't ask me about counties :o if I haven't lived in it, I don't know it! Hopeless me.

I am 2 hours from Brum on the train, I'm in Shropshire so fairly central.

Washing is nearly done and DH is packed off to work.

My Geography is shocking. A meet up would be fab though. Birmingham would be central to most I think. But take that with regards to my previous comment.

I'm just looking for an excuse for a child free weekend.

I have read and caught up, but my head seems to be stuffed with cotton wool today.

Saf, I've just had rewash a load that id left in the machine for days leaving it on the line is far more acceptable! Sounds like an excellent plan. Enjoy your bath.

Saf I still haven't done my hair, it's a bit mad today, I love like a dandelion-at-seed. Not pretty. You're doing fine. Don't be so hard on yourself. Doing anything when you're down is an achievement because all your body is screaming is "do nothing!" all the time. Honestly. You're doing brilliantly :)
