I have quit aspartame. I didn't realise just how much of it was about and I've been nailing the Diet Coke since quiting the booze.

I've gained 6lbs, had PMT far worse than before, a headache each day, felt shaky, sick and had shocking bouts of blurred/wobbly vision.

I thought my contacts were in the wrong eyes but they're not.

Then I remembered that thread about it. Aspartame. And someone on here quiting it too, think it was Wasting.

Anyway, I've just looked at what it's used for and how bad it is.

Christ. It's in almost everything I eat due to the fact I eat sugar free, low sugar stuff. It's even in 'lite' sugar!

Let's see if my headaches go. I thought it was just DTs but it would appear to be more.

Sorry, as you were.

sAf - why not do coffee? You should go. Just an hour. 30 minutes. You know you need to get out more and do things (your words). Why not just try?

One of us could text you half way through to see if you need a get out clause!

Double - DD NEVER has fizzy drinks. Her choice.

She has water, milk or tea. Bless her.

Sounds like a plan SaF.. I can't even begin to imagine going on a date.... Hmm The thought terrifies me. DS goes ape if men look at me. Hmm

We haver the black and rainy thing here. Stair-rodding it is..

Sorry Double that your plans have fallen through...

There's a photo on FB of you wearing a blue stripey top.. you look lovely in that photo. What are you most comfortable in? It doesn't matter if it is jeans.. a touch of make up and sun glasses holding hair back have casual style. Long skirt with a vest top?

You are doing it to open a new door. You don't have to go through it, but at least have a peek at the view. Either you will like it and choose to step into whatever it holds, or close it and move on. The choice is always yours.

Hello TC.

Evening all. Couldn't get away from work - nightmare!

Saf, WooHoo for meeting amusing men!

Erm, I have read the thread, but can't remember beyond baking concrete. Braintired.

Still not 100% but my boss did make a point of thanking me for coming in when I was obviously not well. As I looked like shit. I Think that's a compliment
