Lets just say I have been posting the same damn thing at the start of every thread for about the last 6 months. It's just gone down from 8lb to 7lb, then 6lb. So in 6 months I have lost a total of...2lb. Grin

If it bothered me more I would make more effort but to be fair, when you have shoulders like mine, no-one notices your jelly belly. Wink

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 20/08/2010 21:23

Mine is a combination of cheese, pastry and alcohol Mouse - thank goodness I don't have a sweet tooth or I would be the size of a house!

Ideally, I'd like to lose a stone, but that would require too much hard work and then maintinence when I got there.

If I get down to 8st 10, I could eat normally and stay there.

CrispyTheCrisp · 20/08/2010 21:30

I'm watching Masterchef and expanding as i do so Hmm

Probably about 1/2 stone to lose again but hiding from the scales as no exercise and bad eating due to holiday/work combo. Excuses, excuses......

Double, I really am not a fan of small dogs, but DoubleDawg is such a teddy. Smile

He's looking good after his pampering.

Can I play? I'd llke to lose about 10lbs before my holiday in October, but I'm addicted to the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook, so it's not going well. Some moral support, encouragement and a kick up the arse wouldn't go amiss. Grin

Hello!

YourCallIsImportant · 20/08/2010 21:54

I see these threads all the time and think it looks like a closed shop.

So I joined Slimming World at the beginning of the year and lost 12lbs in 6 wks, which was great, but I just can't get my ass in gear to do it again (lose the same 12lbs!)

Do i rejoin or go for the mumsnet method?

YourCallIsImportant · 20/08/2010 21:55

Also, I've just had a chicken curry and 2 large glasses of wine. But I haven't had any chocolate!

Mouseface · 20/08/2010 21:56

Hello Yourcall Smile

Sorry, but I'm off to bed. I'm super tired and DS has been v sick again today.

Night all, back tomorrow.

Hello YourCall, yes, be warned we do more chatting than the healthy stuff!

Double, if he's a rat in a wig it's a judges wig, he has a certain air of gravitas.

Round here they have never seen a dog that isn't a staff, so they ask if PornDog is a lab or a doberman. Grin

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 20/08/2010 21:58

Night Mousie. YourCall, all welcome - we are not a quiche! Smile

If you want fast results go for the Dukan - But it's not pretty!
