Is you don't talk about Lighter club

Only Joking - No Rules.

Welcome to our second thread, lots of chat and healthy eating.

I'm Bitter, have about 7lb to lose. Eating Less, Moving more.

Double - no sleep = sleepy dormouse, needing duvets please.

Bitter - re the Shred, yes, I didn't do the star jumps or bottom kicks, I just side stepped and did the upper body moves. Kinda like star jumps on the spot!!

My physio has said I need to try and push my body a little to 'work'. I fell again on Sunday - my legs just don't compute with my brain, lack of strength.......

FluffyCut · 04/08/2010 10:49

Mouse - I just dont know, I really dont. I tried to look at it like that, sort of they have x in the positive column from all the lovely stuff they do but x in the negative column from all the comments. Still cant come up with an answer though. I know Im far too emotionally invested though, I felt sick all last night and now today, frightened of having the 'conversation' with them.

You know MOle was conceived because of my therapy over my parents??

Will pop pills in post. I also have stacks of cocodamol i think they're called, pain killers if anyone needs them? (am i allowed to do that? seems silly chucking in bin)

Double - I had a quick go on your neighbour last night when you were out. He wasnt too bad actually...

Mouseface · 04/08/2010 11:01

Thanks Fluffs for the diet pills.

I sent SAF some pain killers for her poorly tooth that I didn't need. I'm the same as you, why bin them?!! I don't need them though, thanks, but would pass them on if I were you.

Fluffs - I wish I could take them, shake them up and give you them back! It's bloody hard to deal with your own parents but so easy for us to tell you what to do 'cos we're not their daughter. IYSWIM - waffling.

Follow your gut instinct. Do what is best for YOU. Mole and DD1 will not suffer for not seeing their GPs as much. You will.

mittz · 04/08/2010 11:06

Oh I do like aching thighs..

at thought of chasing a certain neighbours.. can I? can I just at least the once.. (contemplates first sentence and quivers with looonging)

Today, my intention is NOT to drink RedBull.

Have loads to do and DD has D and V so....

FluffyCut · 04/08/2010 11:12

i must off to wreak havoc elsewhere... (well tidy dd bedroom)

miitz - bad lady, no.

Lizzylou · 04/08/2010 11:14

Fluff

I was with him yesterday afternoon! Cheeky beggar, mnd you, what stamina your neighbour has, Double

Hope DD is better soon, Mittz, she looks so snuggly and cherubic in your pic.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/08/2010 11:43

Where is the lovely saf this morning?

I made the mistake of asking DS what he would like to do this afternoon.

His very specific reply was 'Make a chocolate cake Mummy a big cake like a birthday party cake with chocolate spread and icing and a chocolate button smiley face on the top'. Guess what I'm doing today? I DON'T EVEN LIKE CAKE!

I don't ever bake with him, so lord knows where he even got the idea, although he is great at helping me make soup.

I'm trying a new recipe for dinner, a chicken salad with roasted beetroot, spinach and pine nuts. I'll let you know if it's any good.

What's all this neighbour related smut about?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/08/2010 11:53

I love chilli, my mouth is watering at the thought. I've not eaten since about 2pm yesterday!

I can't believe there would be any meanness on this thread. Well done for rising above it double.

I think I'm going to get some soup out of the freezer for lunch.

OP posts:
Mouseface · 04/08/2010 11:57

I am a dummy.

My shopping has arrived and I have ordered at least 3 lots of fish/meat that I currently have duplicated in my freezer.

Oh well, cheap shop next week.

Forgot to say well done on last night mousie - are you feeling better for it?
