Odd that so many people saying Reform aren’t giving any rationale, unlike the other posts…

VincentVanGoth · 04/07/2024 18:33

Not going until later. Tory will win here - we’ve had the same MP since 2005. Will probably spoil my ballot

lalahotpantsl · 04/07/2024 18:33

3 scottish voters who all voted Labour for the first time ever

God the number of racist and idiotic Reform votes. I don’t know how some of you sleep at night.

Can we just ave one thread today where we all act like adults and accept everyone is entitled to vote for who they wish for? Please act like an adult.

But it's an exit poll thread, not a rationale thread.

I know, but hopefully they won't get very far, and I would imagine those people would have otherwise voted Tory. So it just splits the vote on the right, which can only be a good thing!

Translation: "Can we please have one thread where I can admit to being racist and xenophobic without facing the consequences of my actions?"

Oh I am. I sort of think as an adult it’s ok to call out hard right facism. And to call out those who are sleepwalking into it. And I’m not going to stop doing that under the guise of ‘everyone gets their say’

chocolateanddietcoke · 04/07/2024 18:37

Labour

ThinGround · 04/07/2024 18:37

Lib Dem - tactical vote

You're entitled to vote for who you want to. I'm entitled to judge you for voting for a racist, xenophobic, misogynistic, homophobic party.

Pigeonqueen · 04/07/2024 18:38

Really interested to see how this compares with results tomorrow!

sparkellie · 04/07/2024 18:38

Lib dem. The labour twat went and got himself kicked out for betting on himself to lose, and there's no way on this earth I'd vote conservative or reform.

ILostMyself · 04/07/2024 18:39

Reform!

Fetchthevet · 04/07/2024 18:40

Labour

SaltyGod · 04/07/2024 18:40

Me: Lib Dem tactical vote
DH: Conservative (straight battle between the two here, and I suspect a Tory win)

Snozzlemaid · 04/07/2024 18:41

4 x Labour votes from us

MayonnaiseOnMyChips · 04/07/2024 18:41

Post school run voter here 👋

Labour.

SaltyGod · 04/07/2024 18:42

Side note: I wish we had PR, increasingly feeling that FPTP is so unrepresentative. I wish all the people saying ‘I wanted to vote X but had to vote Y’ had felt able to vote as they had really wanted to

CrushingOnRubies · 04/07/2024 18:43

Lib Dem

Absolutely

You are absolutely entitled to vote for a racist far right party if that's the way you're inclined. That's your democratic right.

Just as it is my democratic right - and the democratic right of all other decent human beings - to judge you for your dreadful decision.

GiBlues · 04/07/2024 18:45

Labour for Dh and me

Beefandwine · 04/07/2024 18:45

I love the fact that we live in a democracy and I can vote Reform, as I liked their policies (although MSM has been shameful in their coverage of Reform - which has meant people won't read the policies but just listen to the hard leaning left media) and vote on that instead. Personally I think anyone, especially a woman, who votes Labour in 2024 needs their head examined, Labour - who can't say what a woman is, that's how idiotic that party is today. They won't protect women's safe spaces or sports.

I am in a very safe Conservative seat, it even stayed Conservative in 1997. I don't anticipate it changing tomorrow morning.
