I was worried it would be stressful and hectic but it’s almost unimaginably well controlled and boring. I’ll stick with it as boring policy is more important than the screeching of the 7 way debates. It’s a well behaved audience and Fiona’s handling it with a pretty light touch.

I don’t see why the Lib Dems are given such status in these things given how low they’re polling.

Oh they will have filtered all the questions in advanced. The only way one will get through is if someone goes rogue and asks a different question to the one they had approved!

The Sky audience was very different to all of the others. Much more animated and vocal. This one looks like half of them are nodding off.

I gave up after about 15 minutes. After 45 minutes of my life watching how unlucky Denmark were not to beat England, didn't feel up to another 105 minutes of dull answers.

My feeling is that the audience have been carefully selected and the questions carefully censored. It is the BBC after all. I am half watching/half MNing and DH has gone to sleep. For example: nobody has mentioned the £450 million euros that Scotland has to repay to the EU for the grants they didn't spend.

Does Rishi hear all the others or is he in a padded room? He has an advantage going last....

Don’t know if they get to hear what the others are saying in stage, but the running order for these things is usually decided by a random draw to avoid accusations of bias.

The questions may be different but the answers (from all the leaders so far) are all the same. Dull dull script speak from them all. DH has gone outside to water his plants.
