Help!! How can I increase GB on laptop?

I’m really really not tech savvy..... dc have a gaming laptop and Iv promised sims4 of which Iv paid for on origin but can’t dowbload it as I need another 13GB! There’s hardly anything on the laptop so nothing to delete to make more room!! Can I put a memory card in it or something? Or does that not help??

Iv done all of that. Iv already listed what they are and the sizes. Iv been on ‘free up space now’. Iv deleted what can be deleted that isn’t used which isn’t a lot. It’s currently ‘purging:compress your os drive’ whatever that is..... but even that says only 11.6MB which isn’t a lot.... not enough to download the sims, I need 13

saskia yes I could pay that, don’t mind up to £50 and yes I have paid for the games on Steam!!

It will be. Any USB drive works with any laptop that has a USB port available.

If you scroll down on the page I linked to it says it is compatible with Windows 10 - which I think you have? But if you want to double check it will work with your laptop you can leave a question for the sellers.

But, basically, you plug it in to a USB port and it functions as an extra drive, when you install the Sims you use that drive instead of the C drive.

Thanks saskia is it just like when you put in a memory stick and you’re saving files to that instead say one drive? That’s what I do at work, so presuming it’s a bit like that? It will show up when it’s plugged in but won’t show when it isn’t?
