MONKFISH HOW TO.....COOK PLEASE

halo,,, please could someone tell me how to cook monkfish ,and how long for...am trying to give the family more fish ,,and had heard its nice so ...please help thank you ,,,

from memory it's just orange (peeled and sliced), bananas, papaya or whatever fruit you fancy really? You pan fry it in butter and add some orange juice, rum and sugar (honey) mixed to make a glaze. I don't do measuring It's good served with ice cream or crepes or both!
