no i meant wine that's good with fish rinkydink. I love sauvignon blanc (35 South) so I'll bring that.

I make a mean sticky toffee pud but don't know if that follows fish very well?

I could always do my speciality, pan fried fruit carribbean style?

yes tried that one but the tail stuck though the top and ruined the effect !!

Angel - just wrap it in the pancetta or bacon - no need to put in foil - put in at about 180degrees and when the bacon is crispy it should be ready.

Love a nice Sancerre or Riesling with fish
