Crumpet topping ideas

Bought 9 crumpets on offer only to find that they were further reduced as they were on the BB date.

The rest of the family are also away this weekend, so I have 6 crumpets left to myself!

Apart from butter, and butter and marmite, what other toppings go well with crumpets? I'm after savoury ratherthan sweet, but both ideas welcome!

Pre toast 1st as well done as you can tolerate, butter, marmite then grated cheese melted under the grill/broiler.
Grated cheese melted then a little dark soy sauce or a little Worcester sauce on top of the cheese (yes most runs off and soaks up underneath)

Peanut butter or other nut butters work. As do jams and Nutella. Gingerbread caramel spread and biscoff are just chefs kiss good. But more an afternoon evening thing for me.

Butter and then cheddar cheese and grilled. So toast the crumpets. Add butter. Then cheese. Then grill till cheese is melted.
